Combines..

Inheritance? succession? A tune at 3 voices sometimes

Combines .. Here are two examples, ordinary ..
1 A lady (good local bourgeoisie) who had some nasty habits however (lucky, she inherited systematically from older gentlemen without descendants, "friends" in some way) and was finally condemned, an affair don't work as she planned, (there was an heiress, distant, but who fought to his money). What do you think it happened? Nothing, still thriving, with some anti ecological projects against which one fights without much success.
2 A notary, well in all respects (almost) which, with a realtor and a banker his buddies, could never "liquidate estates" (4 years sometimes!) when the heirs were far from the village, (for instance, he could not sell a well, an house in a case, intentionally left dormant, squatted, foul, disgusting).. and of course never put any poster at the agency showcase.. ! so that substantial amounts of money remained in the bank, placed (the banker was generous, he can't do less!) .. until an Parisian heiress, upset, (she was waiting for her money for 4 years) threats to come and take care of the sale herself : a poster at the agency (in a discreet corner!) and the house was sold the same day, although comically the agent had tried to discourage the buyer .. at the reverse of what is usual! "The house was stinky, unhealthy, there had been drug addicts, probably AIDS patients etc.. " (!) then? when the buyer stood firm, he tried to buy himself (the price was ridiculously: the heiress had demanded to low it). What do you think it happened? Nothing at all. Just some plucked chickens. Who said "ill-gotten money dont' benefit to the stealers.." ?
