Note : in
french, "ballot" [that is to say "bulletin"] means
"simpleton" ! And for french, "ballot" employed for a voting paper is hilarious. A pun.
Here I typed by error on my keyboard "nulletin" [in french, "nul" means "null, cretin"!] ; when I go too fast, it seems that my computer commit some interesting "lapsus linguae" ["slips of the tongue".. or more exactly, "slips of keyboard"!] which are saying more than I would.. so, I leave: sometimes, they are highly revelators !
