l'art contemporain aussi, mais ici involontaire : on voit une buse de
40 cm installée pour embuser un riu [qui en septembre a
déjà inondé les terres en bas] afin de créer un pont pour desservir des
lotissements en construction en contrebas, sis sur des terres cultivées. Le "PLU" a changé et on n'y peut rien parait-il. [Voir sur le

(lien), l'article tordant sur Tornac, "les mystères des PLU"]. Mais pas
de panique, il paraît qu'elle est élastique !... et équivaut en fait à du 70, c'est le poseur droit dans ses bottes qui le certifie. Un
concept, la buse élastique à présent. RV en septembre.
A
côté de la buse élastique enterrée sous 1 m. de caillasse tassée, une
chaussure -43-. Trop serré, le riu sortira de son lit, se
déversant en bas vers la Cèze, ravinant tout au passage. Les oueds
n'aiment ni les virages ni les resserrements et ont tendance à couler
droit en force, ulcérés d'avoir été enfermés dans un canal trop étroit. |

Another pipes* story... but this time, pipes which dilate (!?) An huge scoop. The delivery is planned for september (flood time).

Contemporary art, but here involuntary: we see a 40 cm diameter pipe installed to span and "contain" (!) a creek [wich in September has already flooded the bottom croplands] in order to create a way for new houses below, located precisely on this land (about 12 !) The "PLU" (plan for land uses**) has changed it is said and we can't help. [See on "the Reboussier" the article about Tornac "the mysteries of PLU". Hilarious.]. But don't panic, this pipe is.. elastic!... and in fact equivals to 70 cm, as the installer, right in his boots, certifies us without laughing. A new concept : the elastic pipe ! Appointment in September.
On the picture, the miraculous pipe (buried under 1 m. of well compacted embankment !) and a shoes -43 -. Too tight, the creek will go out of its bed, flowing downward to the Cèze (the river) destroying all on its way. Wadis like neither bends nor constrictions and tend to go straight on in force, as furious at having been trapped in a narrow duct. With a baby, the "channel" is really elastic and we can drawn it with forceps, it just comes transformed into sausage.. (but a baby is also as elastic as chewing-gum and it recovers human face in few days, cf Frédéri my son), but with water !... Dies irae. Meanwhile, at this moment, courageous ones are building under the sun and children play in what will become of beautiful gardens ... up ... ??
*It is a double pun : in french, "buse" means "pipe" but also "nozzle", a bird which is said stupid (I don't know if it is true) so the secondary meaning is "asshole".... and "pipe" is a folk word for "fellatio".
** A "PLU" (in french, "more"!) is sometimes as miraculous as the elastic pipe: it allows or forbids constructions on a place : so you can become very rich... or very poor, it depends. Of what? Guess. (link)
