Maria est une mère d'accueil de la
DDASS dont l'un des deux jeunes enfants dont elle avait la charge a été
tué accidentellement par une grille descellée dans un lieu public très
fréquenté. Toute sa vie a basculé, son mari est parti, on lui a retiré
l'autre enfant dont elle s'occupait et qu'elle voulait adopter, son
agrément de la DDASS lui a été supprimé (donc par la même occasion elle
n'a plus de travail) quant à son propre fils, il a lui perdu ses deux
frères et son père. Pire, elle ne peut, pour défendre la petite victime,
attaquer en justice la Mairie de son village pour défaut d'entretien de
cet espace public parce qu'elle n'est pas sa mère biologique. Quant à
celle-ci, c'est une personne fragile qui ne le peut également donc il
n'y a personne pour défendre Ethan. Pour les animaux, il y a la SPA
ou Bardot, mais pour un enfant de la DDASS, rien. Un vide juridique
inacceptable. Le combat n'est pas égal et nous devons l'aider (un comité
de soutien par exemple.)

Maria is a woman whose young child, not her own (she was host mother for DDASS, direction of health and social action, but she considered him as hers) died in a accident (an old gate unsealed and no repaired in a public place in escheat). All her life now is devastated : her husband had fled away, she lost her other child as host mother, (her accreditation is annuled by DDASS, so she has lost her work too ) and her own boy has now lost his two brothers and his father (and his mother, depressive, has no more job) ! Worst, as she is not the biologic mother, she has no right to prosecute the town hall of her village for defend him.. and, as the child has no efficient parents (his biological mother is a frail person) nobody can do it for him !! For an animal, there is the "society for protect animals" -or Brigitte Bardot!- but for a child of DDASS, nobody. A legal vacuum, unbelievable ! She needs help, her fight is not equal (link).
